A passion for motorsports combined with decades of corporate finance experience prompted Managing Partner Michael Cummings to create a firm focused on understanding and assisting the needs of companies within the motorsports industry. Many people in the motorsports industry who knew Michael were asking for his advice and his assistance raising capital. In order to best serve these people, Michael became a FINRA Registered Representative and founded Motorsports Capital.
Motorsports Capital understands companies often do not have the resources to deal with lenders or investors, know where to look for capital, or how to market their company to potential investors. Many investors and lenders do not understand the business of motorsports and are hesitant to lend or invest in something they do not fully understand. Motorsports Capital was created to bridge the gap between motorsports companies and investors and lenders by bringing financing expertise to the motorsports company, and industry expertise to lenders and investors.
